battery pack system discription :

1. The energy storage system used 20ft container ,dimension :6100*2440*2590mm,there are 6PCS 364.8V140Ah (51Kwh) electric vehicle battery packs configuration to 3pcs energy storage module ,each battery module is 100Kwh which use different spec cells (pounch cell,18650,aluminum battery )and BMS supply to simulate the electric vehicle battery secondary use for big energy storage system.

2.Energy storage system with 3 PCS in parallel ,PCS, Automatic fire extinguishing system,cooling system and monitoring system to made,the rate voltage 729.6V, capacity 420Ah ,total power 300kwh

1 Storage System

The system use 300kwh LiFePO4 battery as back up storage and equip a 250kw converter. While the system achieves the function of peak-load shifting by the AC control cabinet to grid connect the factory low voltage busbar.At the same time, it can switch between grid and off grid mode. When use the PV to generate, the system will be off grid and power supply the charging pile. The whole system is in the 20ft container.

Then energy storage system constitute by Lithium Ion battery packs,BMS,A/C System,Monitor system, temperature control system (HVAC),BCP,fire fighting system(FFS),automatic alarm,fire proofing-heat insulation-fire,safe escape system etc.

2.Solar System

With solar panels installed on the top roof of the parking station,The solar system consists 2 *20kw converter and the designed power is 40kw.

3.Charging System

There are 2 bus and 5 passenger car parking space in the charging station which use 60kw fast charging pile and 7kw charging pile accordingly.
