A: Firstly, we will provide extra 1% as spare part when order quantity are more than 500 pcs.

Secondly, we provide 1-year warranty. During the guarantee period, once confirm the quality problem, we will

deliver new thermostats to replace the defective thermostats or will deliver them in next order according to

real situation.
